The couple pay attention to both education and economy. They have a son who is in elementary school, and this house was also bought for the convenience of children’s schooling.

The house is a transparent north-south apartment with no shelter around it. Even on the fourth floor, it has good lighting conditions. The area of the house is 60 square meters, and the small apartment pays the most attention to storage. In addition, there are many toys for children at home, so the owner has a relatively large demand for lockers.

The top entrance cabinet on the left side of the entrance is from Haolai Hakka, with classic black and white color scheme, clean lines and simple and generous overall.

The black rectangular hollow divides the cabinet into four functional areas, the lower part is used as a shoe cabinet, and some exquisite decorations are placed in the hollow, and some small objects can also be placed at hand. In order not to lower the floor height, the living room adopts no ceiling, and the light strips of two white track magnetic lamps and wall washing lamps are directly exposed on the ceiling, which makes it more design.

The TV cabinet and the dining room cabinet are connected together, and the super-large custom cabinet extends from the corner of the dining room to the end of the living room, providing extremely sufficient storage space for the owner, and at the same time making the living room and dining room space more integrated.

The TV is embedded in the cabinet, and part of the space adopts an open design, which enhances the storage capacity. The decoration of books and flowers also makes the cabinet no longer monotonous.

The orange-brown leather sofa is simple and elegant, and the tight leather and soft sitting feeling can relieve the owner’s fatigue after work. The warm yellow light falls on the sofa with the same warm color, and the space is full of warm atmosphere.

There is also an outdoor folding leisure chair of the same color in the corner, which echoes the sofa in the distance. When it is idle, fold it up and won’t take up space.

Restaurant

DINNING

⭐ The restaurant has made an integrated design of island platform + dining table, which divides sufficient dining room space. At the same time, a sideboard without door handles is made on the side, which is the same as the entrance cabinet, which not only increases the storage of each space, but also makes the sense of space smoother.

Across the porch cabinet is the dining room, and the marble island platform of Yashibai acts as the connection between the porch and the dining room. The hostess likes to raise flowers, and this island platform is used to place flowers for her, so that the scenery of flowers and plants indoors and on the balcony can echo. The dining table is made of black solid wood tabletop, and the acrylic legs create a high-level suspension effect. A row of track sockets are placed at the edge of the table connected to the bar, which is very practical.

Three extremely simple black lines form the chandelier in the dining room. The strip of light hangs parallel above the dining table. When eating, the light is evenly spread on the dining table, and the dishes look more delicious.

The sideboard is of the same style as the porch cabinet. The large-area concave design makes it more convenient to store things in the small dining room. The owner often puts the water dispenser and water cups here.

The kitchen adopts the upper sliding rail sliding door, which makes the space very simple and more convenient to clean. The black glass forms a mirror effect, expanding the visual sense of the space.

Incorporate the living balcony into the kitchen, increase the kitchen area, and make the cooking line smoother. Both electrical appliances and gas stoves are built-in designs to maximize the use of space and facilitate the owner’s activities.

Bedroom

MUSTER BEDROOM

The owner hopes to have a warm and quiet bedroom, so the designer uses many soft elements.

The room is covered with warm oak floors, and a checkerboard plush carpet is placed at the end of the bed to facilitate living. The round ceiling main lamp softens the lines of the bedroom.

The wall is painted with apricot latex paint, which belongs to the same color as the dark coffee curtains. The light coffee soft-wrapped bedside backrest is inclined to facilitate the owner to sit on.

The bedroom has made a bay window, and the milky bay window cushion is thick and soft, with two cute pumpkin dolls on it, which is super healing! The thin white gauze curtain will not affect the lighting, while increasing the privacy of the room.

Children’s Room

CHILDREN ROOM

At present, the children are still in elementary school. The children’s room is made of tatami mats and steps, and the handles of clothes cabinets are specially made into the shape of stars that children like, which is full of childlike interest.

Considering the growth needs of children, the trapezoidal design of the bed can be modified to add aCustom cabinet fills the ladder, the area of the bed is expanded, and then connected to the soft-packed bay window, so it won’t feel crowded at all!

The bed is integrated with the desk and clothes cabinet, and the beige and gray color match naturally. Custom cabinets provide plenty of storage space, and even the steps are hidden chests of drawers.

The door is a sink, and the white pull-out faucet is integrated with the marble countertop. The multi-faceted mirror cabinet not only increases the storage space, but also visually expands the bathroom space.

Balcony

The wall stack of the balcony was removed, and the sliding door was used as a partition to broaden the view of the living room. In order to ensure privacy, a gauze curtain was installed on the inside.

A baffle is specially placed in the corner, which is specially designed for the hostess to raise flowers, and more potted plants can be placed.

The verdant green plants and wide vision outside the window are unobstructed. Fresh air, cool breeze and warm sunlight can come in and out here at will. The family sits around the balcony reading books, enjoying flowers and drinking tea, and their life is comfortable and warm. Every time you water your beloved flowers and plants, the hostess will lie on the guardrail and enjoy the scenery outside the window for a while and relax.

On the other side is the sink and laundry companion, where daily washing and drying are carried out. The upper cabinet can also be used to place some infrequently used items.
