The case in this issue is an old house renovation project. After the original house is rented and taken back, the owner hopes to create a high-quality, fully functional, warm and comfortable living space to meet the needs of self-occupation. After communication, it is determined to adopt modern cream style design, and create a healing and relaxing home atmosphere through warm color matching.

Before retrofit
The original style of the house is old, the layout is poor, the moving line is unreasonable, the natural lighting is poor, and a lot of space is wasted.

Entrance
Exquisite and practical entrance space
The customized entrance cabinet on the right side of the entrance is left empty in the middle for convenient storage, and the embedded sensor light strip adds a sense of ritual and atmosphere of returning home.

Integration of diners and guests
Open and bright social areas
The cream main tone is matched with the design without main lamp, which is simple and beautiful. The balcony is merged into the living room, with abundant natural light, and white gauze curtains soften the light. Ceramic tiles are paved, and the space is transparent and bright.
Cream cloud sofa, rocking chair, milk white irregular coffee table and carpet in the living room, with decorative paintings and green plants, are fashionable and comfortable.
The back of the sofa is customized with a combined cabinet of wood color and white. The open compartment is designed to display figures, green plants, etc. It extends to the restaurant and becomes a sideboard, integrating water bar, coffee corner and embedded appliances to meet diverse needs.
The TV background wall adopts gypsum board frame, with slot lights and TV cabinet light strips. The “L”-shaped suspended TV cabinet has a handle-free design, which is simple and convenient through the rebound switch.

Kitchen
Beautiful and practical cooking world
The kitchen uses sliding glass door to isolate oil fume, and the embedded refrigerator outside the door saves space. The interior adopts classic black and white color scheme, and the “U”-shaped worktop uses three walls to increase storage. The hanging cabinet and sideboard have no handle design, which is simple, fashionable and has strong storage.

Bedroom
A peaceful and comfortable place to rest
The master bedroom is mainly cream color, with wooden floor and mattress to create a casual and free atmosphere.

When the warm sunshine shines into the bay window, the breeze gently brushes the cheeks, and people stretch their bodies with soft and waxy pillows. People become comfortable and relaxed, and the days are romantic and pleasant.
The second bedroom has a small space, a custom-made floor bed, an invisible storage cabinet at the bottom, and a drawer-style design that doubles as a shoe stool. The bedside is custom-made cabinet against the wall, with an open compartment in the middle to place commonly used items. The floor extends out of a semi-surrounded desk, and is equipped with a hole board display rack to facilitate work, reading and storage.
Conclusion
Throughout the renovation process, we are not only decorating a home, but also creating a warm space for the owner that can carry all her fond memories and future dreams.
